Benjamin Crawford
Benjamin Crawford is a Network Engineer and has been in the Information Systems Division at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for the past 4 years. During his time at Wal-Mart, he has been involved with implementation and support of Wal-Mart's world class network. Currently, Ben is on the IPAM (IP Address Management) Team which manages the use of IP space across all aspects of the business, including stores, distribution centers, and international systems. He is interested in looking into the integration and coexistence of IPv6 and IPv4 infrastructures while utilizing the increased security and mobility features of v6 technology. Organizations across all industries, including retail, can leverage this technology for competitive advantages by properly using these features. On top of this, IPv6 will provide a seemingly endless supply of IP space for large companies with great demands for a steadily increasing number of business critical IP devices.
