Richard Park

Richard Park is currently a graduate student in the Computer Science department at UCLA. His interests are in a variety of areas that include: machine learning, statistical modeling, and wireless networking. He hopes to apply his skills in a variety of ways. Some examples include: business intelligence, data mining, and sensor networks. He enjoys learning about the role of technology in business and how it can improve the way things are done.

Richard has held research positions in the UCLA schools of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Theatre/Film/Television. During these appointments, he has had the opportunity to design, implement, and demonstrate his work to a variety of interests. His algorithms have been successful in enhancing the current project's needs in image processing and data aggregation.

From a career standpoint, Richard has interned at Deloitte and received valuable experience in consulting and business administration. Currently, he is looking for an exciting internship in a variety of areas for the summer of 2005. His UCLA Home Page.
